Book Reviews

“Defend Yourself (no experience necessary)” is an easy to follow self defense book and one that every woman, and man, should have on their book shelf.  Honestly I can say that I have learned quite a bit from Sean Ramey and his books and hopefully will never have to use any of the techniques, but I do feel I’m much better prepared than ever before.

I give “Defend Yourself (no experience necessary)” a 5 star rating.

Written by Sean Ramey, Defend Yourself (In A Zombie Apocalypse) was both an interesting read, and at times quite funny! It is both helpful & informative, giving you information which is useful even in current times. The author did a very fine job intertwining actual fact with fictional settings, making the book enjoyable for both survival enthusiasts & zombie scenario fans.

The book is limited to a few simple-but-effective techniques that can be implemented when needed.
